Long Time, No See…

If there were no mirrors, would I see you better? Would I look into the eyes of the stranger more? Really see the divine, that namaste in my enemy? Never being able to see myself but through others…would that help or hurt my self worth? Maybe I would be more selfless, since not seeing me, I would be forced to see others more clearly.
Mirror Cracked
When the focus is outside and not within, am I at peace? Or am I more disturbed at inequality, poverty, hunger, strife? Does it pull me into action to change more?
The world would be transformed if we had no mirrors.
